Research And Implementation Of Workflow Management System Based On J2EE

Workflow Management System is one important direction of team workinvestigation, its primary target is to coordinate each component elements in businessprocess through dispatching and distributing concerned information resource andmanpower, achieves business goals effeicient. Workflow Management System managesand completes enterprise's business target from global angle, advances industriallyoperating efficiency clearly, finds and resolves arisen problem in executing of workflowin time.The paper refers to the reference model of WFMC, bases on J2EE platform, XMLtechnology and Petri-Net modeling, designs and implements two kernel components:procedure definition and workflow engine, including time bebavior assessment ofworkflow, navigation algorithm of engine, task ordinal coordinate, and resourceallocation and so on. The total system implements all of fundamental function accordingto WFMC norm, presents better compatibility, expansibility and mobility.
