As the fundament of modern intelligent measuring technique, technology of data acquisition is widely used in various fields of measuring. The task of signal processing is more and more complex and heavy, and requires higher and higher to the system of data acquisition especially for the application of photoelectric detection. It not only has the characteristic of high collecting speed and distinguish ability, but also requires displaying and managing the collecting signal in the spot. In those systems of the real-time data acquisition, data transmitting is the key of system of the real-time data acquisition. The problem of bus interface in microcomputer is the important partition determining the ability of real-time processing. At present, PC has many features, such as rich software and hardware, strong versatility and inexpensive price. Hence, it is a reasonable choice to adopt PC to complete the real-time data acquisition system in most measuring systems. This paper mainly studies Microcomputer interface experiment system based on PCI Bus. It is not only a teaching-aided system to help students learn modern computer interface technology, but also a platform for synthesis application. This paper confirms the design about Microcomputer interface experiment system based on PCI bus. This scheme includes three parts: PCI Bus interface board, experimental platform device driver and high-level software. PCI Bus interface logic has been realized by PCI9052 chip, the physical transition from PCI Bus to Local Bus has been completed. In the part of experiment platform, it designs the interface circuit and control logic, such as parallel interface, serial interface, A/D, D/A, timer conter and SRAM. PLD accomplishes to logically control and improve the system of integration level and reliability. In the part of device driver, the software interface model, which is used to support win32 programs, the project of the logic transition model, which is completed by memory transform, I/O transform and halting reflection and the process of completing software interface model have been proposed. It has been proved that the system is running well and advanced technology. It has satisfied the demands of the design.
