A Study On The Financial Control Systems Of Newspaper Groups

At the end of 20th century,with the quickly spread of internet and China entering WTO,all Chinese newspapers are crowded to set up newspaper groups. The turn up of newspaper groups prompt the Chinese newspaper's innovation and development. But how to improve the competition of newspaper groups, the thesis believe that the key is to establish good financial control system,and improve the abilities of financial management. At first,the article introduces the history and features of Chinese newspaper ,then analyses the problems and reasons in the financial controls. Accounting the individual characteristics of the newspaper groups,it points out the definition,elements and features of financial control system .The articles considers that the system should be constructed from the following four aspects: firstly,the base is the control environment. Secondly,the core is financial control integrated methods. Thirdly,the media is information system. Fourthly,the safeguard is the control system including financial system and internal auditing system. In the end,the dissertation analyses the methods of financial controls.
