Design And Realization Of Core Module Of Management System In Communication Industry

The development of government information is one of the most important parts of the national economy information. With the accelerating of high technology and the rapid development of the internet, a global information-intensive society is coming. Nowadays, improving Government information automation, networking and electronic of affairs have become trend.This article has further investigated the ways of collecting declaration data, as well as the transmitting simultaneously of data between the intranet and internet of the E-government based on the communication system provided by Ministry of Information Industry. These two proven technologies are proven in practice.This article analyzed the ways of collecting declaration data, as well as the transmitting simultaneously of data between the intranet and internet in the domestic and foreign technical research present situation, the union item actual demand, proposed the concrete solution way.There are multi-ways to collect the declaration data in the E-government system. Our discussion is mainly about the type of way in which a customer's software can support real time transmission, eventually contributing to the collection of declaration data. This can be done by using a document to transfer the information between this software and the server. This document would be an XML-formatted template that has been pre-defined by the customer. Once data changes, there is only a need to modify the database and XML template without any change on server side or client side. Meanwhile, a reversible DES algorithm for data encryption transmission is used to ensure the security in the transmission.The Solution of transmitting simultaneously of data between the intranet and internet will be met in a lot of projects, especially in the E-government system, because the intranet and internet are required to be physically isolated in E-government system. Based on the actual requirements of the projects, this article introduces our practiced method: we use Java for the data transfer between intranet and internet. We offer two approaches of data import & export for automation or self-defining. XML format are used as medium of data transfer.This article also prospects the further development and the perfection of the ways in collecting declaration data and transmitting simultaneously of data between theintranet and internet.Finally, through uses the LoadRunner tool for reports to a higher authority the data gathering procedure carried on the performance test, the test data and system official movement effect indicates the system is not only steady, reliable but alsohigh-efficient, flexible .
