| The Internet-based mobile short-message service is the kind of service that the Internet entities provide the short-message-related services via the Internet. As the development of modern mobile telecommunication and the Internet, the Internet-based mobile short-message service is widely applied in the living and the production activites. The billing system is the core competitive power of the telecommunication business. The billing system of the Internet-based mobile short-message service completes the billing to the mobile users, the squaring with the SPs and with the runners of the other provinces, and supports the business counter systems of the runners. The Internet-based mobile short-message service also needs the high quality billing system to support the providing of the high quality service. The rapid development of the Internet-based mobile short-message service also asks for a billing system with high performance and good expansibility. The provincial billing system of the Internet-based mobile short-message service is designed and implemented in this paper. Also some important technologies are adopted to implement the billing system. On the basis of analyzing the Internet-based mobile short-message service, the designs of the frame model and the child models are brought forward. The billing system consist of the CDR-collecting model, the billing model, the squaring model and the accounting model. The CDR-collecting model collects the CDR from the original sites where the CDR generated. The billing model carries the billing operation on the CDR so to bill the mobile users. The squaring model provides the squaring of the runner with its SPs and with the runners of other provinces. The accounting model generates the user account data for the business counter systems. The system has good architechture and has the potential for upgrading development and is adaptable to the requirement of big-scale-data handling and high performance. |
