Application Of Software Developping Process In Call-center System

Since the concept "software engineering"was mentioned in 1968 , the software engineering has been developped for 30 yearso Now, the software engineering is turning into the mature special study. The object of software engineering is to solve the qualite and efficiency problem of software production.With the developpement of Chinese software industry, software engineering is understood and is attached importance by more and more organise. The software engineering contains standardizing software developping process and managing the software project. It means that software developping process is the basis of software engineering. Softeare engineering has his special basic principles. Software developping process has his develpping models. At first, this thesis discusses this two topics. And then, the thesis discussed the unversal software developping process. At last, the thesis discussed how applicate software developping process by the implement of Call-center project in the Dong-feng Citreon Peugeot Company, Ltd.The contents and structure of this thesis are as followed:Chapter 1 is the summarization. It discusses the software engineering's evolution and the software engineering's seven basic principles.Chapter 2 introduces four models of software developping process: Code-and-fix model, Waterfall model, Incremental model and Iterative model.Chapter 3 is the core of the thesis and discusses the universal software developping process. It contains seven phases: feasibility study and plan phase; requirement analyse phase; design phase; coding phase; test phase and maintenance phase. At first, it discusses the general description of the 7 phases. And then, the detailed description of every phase is discussed, which includes the main tasks and documents in every phase and discusses the key problems of every phase.Chapter 4 discusses the software developping process's application by the implement of Call-center project in the Dong-feng Citreon Peugeot Company, Ltd. In the first section, the call-center project is introduced in brief. In the second section, the process of the Call-center project is described by stages.Chapter 5 discusses the experience of the software developping process's application.
