| Contemporary society is one that mass media speed highly, the development of medium technology leads to great impact to social reality, especially in virtual world, simulation and simulacra exist extensively. This case has caused people to think deeply about the relation questions of medium technology and the society, medium technology and culture and mankind itself again.As to this, French scholar Baudrillard proceeds from realistic relation between medium technology and society inferiorly, have proposed a series of media thoughts since the seventies of the 20th century, it is by " simulation ", "hyperreality" and "implosion" theory of the Trinity in postmodernism thoughts. He requires the novel things and change that people notice what brought by medium technology, describes the shock power of medium technology with these concepts and theories, and analyses the complicated interaction among the media, culture and society of today from this. Although it is true on some degree, his judgement has great enlightenment and insight, but its limitations are very obvious, it is necessary for us to carry on dialectical thinking and criticism to these theories.Medium technology is one kind of technological factor after all, its use and influence are all in certain social historical period and social relationships. This text analyses Baudrillard's inferior media thoughts, combine it with network virtual world, we can try to gain a dialectical conclusions of medium technology, the society and culture. We should contact the whole society to make dialectical thinking, know and hold relations of medium technology, the society, culture and people correctly, should not look like Baudrillard and release technology before coming out inferiorly from various kinds of social relationships , make the thinking of the pessimistic technological determinism type. |
