For example, the editing and producing of news programmes are done by a specially equipped computer instead of the traditional editing equipment for professional use, This is not only a change of form, but a vital change of editing idea more importantly, which refers to the involvement of the concept of Non-linearity.After an introduction of modern techs and equipments of TV industry and an analysis of flow traditional TV news are produced, the article put forward a plan of setting up a Non-linearity news producing and broadcasting system in TV Stations in the modern digital world. Combining with the situation of QDTV News Center, it has designed successfully the Non-linearity network of QDTV News Center for editing, programming and broadcasting. Additionally, it can analyze the network malfunctions, which, together with all its other advantages, proves its great practicability.
