It includes: 1) Given the basic concept of Information System based on domain theory and found some basic conclusion. 2) Designing and realizing the concerned Building Material Information Application System. It is composed of system management, building material information management, message management and so on. System management module setting user's purview, managing users and passwords efficiently. To Building Material Information Management module, users who have its purview can execute add or delete or update or browse or search the building material. Users who haven't the purview can only browse the building material. Message management module is mainly provided the place to let uses issue the quote information or answer the question. It built the bridge in users each other. To sum up, the characteristic of the article is: 1) It is the first time to use domain theory researching Building Material Information System. It finds a new application field for domain theory. At the same time it finds a new research method for researching Building Material question. 2) Realizing the Building Material Information Application System. It provides Building Material Information System's system management, building material information management, user message management and so on functions. It took important effects in compete with each other at Building field. At the same time there is a positive signification when it push the information of the building trade.
