Networked Control Systems(NCS), are one of the hottest topics in network-based applications. When using a remote networked control system, a network-induced time-delay is generated, which causes advert effects on the closed-loop networked control system such as performance degradation and system destabilization. In this paper, adding two networked time-delay modules in BLDCM control system. One is speed sampling time-delay module, another is reference current time-delay module. In Matlab/Simulink by using stochastic time-delay to establish networked time-delay module to simulate time-delay which exist actually. Contraposing the time-delay commonly existing in the remote control system, an intelligent fuzzy logic compensator is introduced to design the traditional networked PI control system. In the BLDCM networked control system, the double loop of traditional BLDCM control system is placed on the each side of the Internet. One is the central controller, another is the remote unit. A networked control platform of Brushless DC motor(BLDCM) system is presented in this paper based on DSP professional motor control chip and networked control chip which embedded ARM core. The experiment result shows the validity and feasibility of this control system. It provides software and hardware development platform for analysis and implementation on the Time-delay Compensation Methods of Networked Control System.
