Brushless DC motor is of small size, light weight, high reliability advantages when it operating, so it is widely used in many areas. The brushless DC motor use electronic commutation mode, it can solve some problems due to mechanical brush DC motor commutation, the presence of the torque ripple in the running brushless dc motor, the torque ripple can affect the entire speed regulating system performance. The topic chooses brushless dc motor and study the brushless dc motor control system based on DSP.Traditional PID control algorithm has good control effect on linear time-invariant system. Fuzzy control PID control algorithm can have good control effect on time-varying nonlinear system. The topic chooses fuzzy control PID control algorithm and brushless DC motor, and analyzes its dual closed-loop control system.This paper introduces the development background and working principle of the brushless DC motor, and analyze its mathematical model. The paper also introduces the principle of fuzzy control principle and fuzzy PID control method, use this method improving the performance of the motor.Build a mathematical model of brushless DC motor in MATLAB / SIMULINK simulation environment, using the fuzzy PID algorithm to adjust the simulation and analyze result, verify the feasibility of the method.Based on TMS320F28335 chip control, complete the brushless DC motor speed control system design of hardware part and software part. The hardware part includes control circuit, driver circuit, detecting circuit, over-current protection circuit. Software part includes the main program, an interrupt routine. Interrupt subroutine complete the design of capture interrupt, AD sampling interrupt, timer interrupt, and interrupt protection.Finally, complete the experimental debugging on platform and analyze experimental results.
