Research And Implementation Of Human Resources Dispatch In Software Enterprises

Human resource management (HRM) is one of the key factors to reach strategic goal of enterprises, and the Human resource management system (HRMS) is an effective tool for HRM. Because software development businesses have a particularly strong dependence on talents in the area, and their development and growth of profit are totally dependent on the mental work of staff, therefore in the software development businesses, multi-project management is performed in the area of the allocation or dispatch of human resources.This dissertation focuses on analyzing the poor reality and it's cause of multi-project management in the software development businesses, to find that the cause is lacking rational dispatch of human resources. And it has given the status of research on similar issues. In order to find suitable method of dispatch of human resources in multi projects in software development businesses, this dissertation has explained the concept of human resource, dispatch, and the progress of software development. Then, it has introduced the Dynamic Programming approach, the Multi-attribute decision-making method and Multi-Agents, JAVA technologies.This dissertation has studied the relative important classification of project, project phasing, determination of the number of human resources for each phase, and method of human resource dispatching, for the purpose of providing the basic of the model. The human resource scheduling model in software project is built. In order to improve the practicality, a skill proficiency parameter is introduced. Following the process type Multi-Agent Scheduling Strategy (MASS), a Genetic Algorithm that is to solve the human resource scheduling problems is designed which is sealed into the scheduling Agent. The human resource scheduling is fulfilled through the interaction of the Agents. The Agents are realized in Grasshopper platform and the ABIHRMS framework is built based on J2EE.The system's runtime environment and example screens are presented. This system has been applied in Shanghai Yingke information technology Co.,Ltd..
