An Agent is an animate entity that is capable of flexible autonomous action in some environment. Agent-Oriented software engineering presented a fresh reseach paradigm, which imported Agent concepts,theories and technology in software engineering domain and was combined with basic software engineering principles, ideas and rules. There were some achievements in Agent application and Agent development methodology, while many problems have not been soleved. They are deficiency about directive progress schedules,less of system implementation support and integration with traditional software engineering methods, and so on .all of them restricted Agent-Oriented software engineering in going forward.After known kinds of methodogies and learned deeply of development frameworks, this article extended the contents of analysis and design steps based on MESSAGE (Methodology for Engineering Systems of Software Agents) modeling concepts and language. JADE development platform was chosen in implementation. A valid mapping from JADE Agent terms to MESSAGE concepts was given. The thesis took construction of many Multi-Agent system components in concern, proposed a systematical and completely agent development process.The process highlighted software works in design step that like mature software engineerings.Enterprise information foundation is an encential environment where modern enterprisees work enssential, compete with others and and increase economic profits. Eneterprise management diagnoses system is a great utility of analysizing and diagnosing enterprise semiotics. In system development progress, the paper used Agent-Oriented software engeneering method above.It approved the technology that Agent integrated with Object can be used in real works. This kind of technology was not only simulator tools. While some enterprise management diagnoses system modules need continuous amended and adopted.
