Design And Implementation Of Classroom Fingerprint Attendance System

Classroom attendance system is a very important ache in the management of colleges. By this system, colleges can manage the students easier. And by this way,collages can improve the procreative rate or learning rate and stick up for the system of colleges. So it's very good for the corporations'development. Conventional check on work attendance relies on calling or making a sign, but the process is very tedious and often makes mistakes. What's more, someone makes skullduggery in the course. For the sake of saving resource, someone excogitate some new check on work attendance systems as influence able card system. However, these systems also have some disadvantage such as losing inductive card and wasting resource.In order to solve these problems, this dissertation selected the development and application of classroom attendance system as a research topic to develop and design classroom attendance system based on fingerprint identification. The main content of the dissertation are:(i)Analyzing the performance of a fingerprint recognition algorithm, and simulating each step of the algorithm procedure f in the Matlab, and getting the images.(ii)Requirement analysis and architecture modeling of the classroom attendance system were made. I did the requirement analysis from various aspects of the classroom attendance system in detailed, and using UML (Unified Modeling Language) as the model visualization tools to analyze the system.(iii)System design of the classroom attendance system is given. This paper used hyrid system pattern of C/S and B/S. The manager and teacher attendance check task was designed to use C/S pattern and students' inquiry was designed to use B/S pattern. This design put both dominant features together and pattern of three levels was used in B/S pattern students' inquiry.Classroom attendance system proposed by this paper has the characteristic of stable property, faster fingerprint matching speed, friendly user interface and simple operation, etc. The system could stimulate the potential demands of marketplace, and has good industrial perspective.
