As the main source of MES information, DNC data collection and state control system can timely and accurately understand the operation of equipment and products processing procedure.But it cannot be valid for the man-machine interactive information on monitoring, through the research for DNC technological development status and the demand for the modern NC equipment to the man-machine interactive system, this paper designs monitoring system based of DNC NC equipment man-machine of interaction. Based on resistance touch screen techniques, adopts ATmega16 MCU to key-press information collecting and data processing, then transmits through DNC intelligent terminal, realizes monitoring system based on DNC NC equipment man-machine of information interaction.In this paper, firstly proposed four research projects aimed at the present state of NC equipment man-machine interaction, the monitoring cameras,infrared probes monitoring,sensor monitoring and touch screen monitoring, through comparative analysis, selects methods of detecting principles based on the screen technology, Establish hardware platform of master-slave control mode, adopt the microprocessor ARM as host, Atmega16 as guest. The principle is as follows:The touch screen control chip collects button information on the NC panel, and transmits to SCM by I2C bus, as an absolute module, the guest realizes key-press information collecting to NC equipment control panel, and transmits data to the host through communication interface. The host and guest adopt the serial asynchronous to communicate; the host receives from data from the guest, through Ethernet upload to the upper pc to monitor.Paper made detailed design to NC equipment man-machine interactive information parts and the entire system software and hardware part. the hardware part including the collection and control resistance touch screen, SCM module selection design ,SCM periphery module design:power supply socket design,real-time clock design,reset module design,data memory socket design,serial interface design,the communications design between the host and guest related sections. Software design combination of the function of hardware, and use modular design structure, consists mainly in the programming: real-time clock task design, the communication design between SCM and the screen control of the chip, SCM ADC control design, collect data storage design, keyboard data processing programming, communication protocol design, Isomerism NC panel integration design, communication protocol between host and guest advance reliability for data transmission effectively. And in the last part of the paper, analyses interferences sources, the form elements and the main routes of transmission in the entire system and lastly researches effective anti-interference technology in the whole software and hardware course in detailed.
