Research On The Music & Light Auxiliary Design System Based On Expert Knowledge

In recent years, with the development of the society, the improvement of people's living standard, various environmental art projects have developed rapidly. The major cities appear more and more music light show system, and it has become one of the important entertainment facilities in modern city life. Traditional music light show's performance design always follows stage light designing style. According to the music, the designers try and try again to design the light sequence of action which suits with music. This way has some faults, such as the efficiency of the design is low, spent too much times and has high demand for designer. For the shortages of traditional performance design used in the music light show, in this paper, based on the"chao tain yang fan"light show and the expert knowledge, we put forward the design ideas of music light auxiliary design platform. It through computer analysis of the music and combination of the basic action to complete the design of the light show, which help to reduced the difficulty of design performance, speed up the design speed.This paper focus on the understanding of music, the analysis of performance lamp's fixtures, the match of the music and light action. Research in this paper mainly includes the following three aspects:①The music features automatic identification. First, analysis for the standard MIDI file structure, extracted the notes data, and then dividing the theme of music tracks, extract the main theme of the music, finally analysis of the emotion the music.②According to the performance of lamps, combine the integrity of light action, structural and hierarchical, using semantic network model to establish the light action feature libraries.③Combined with music feature database and the light action feature library, through the Hidden Markov Model algorithm to match the music feature and the light action, then, to obtain the light action sequences which suits for the music features.④Using Visual Basic and SQL Server database to realization all the function module.The system has been used in Chongqing"chao tain yang fan"light show project, shanxi hanzhong "xixiang feelings" lights show project. The system design the music light show programs quickly and efficiently, and with the matching model of continuous improvement, design effect is also rising.
