The phased array radar is new-style radar, it change the direction of wave by changing the phase of electricity, and have many advantages, including short reaction time, multifunction, anti-jamming, highly reliable and so on. Therefore, this kind of radar is used for military purposes and civil field widely. According to statistics, most of the time, the instance to lose effectiveness was caused by high temperature, at the same time, the reliability will become lower with the improvement of the temperature. Hundreds of electronic components are arranged in the antenna, so the cooling system is required to reach a higher cooling capacity. Besides, the capacity of the cooling system should be uniform, to keep the performance parameter of each T/R component keep on a close plane. In this paper, according to the design straight of the cooling system, we study the flowing in the flat jet pipe in theory firstly. And then, geometric model for the inside area of jet pipe in theⅠcooling system is established, by using the 3-D cartographic software, and the mesh of the model is built. The 3-D jet pipe was simulated numerically in FLUENT and analyze the instance in internal flow field to obtain the disciplinarian and characteristic of the eyelet jet. We build a test-bed for theⅠcooling system, based on the simulate result, gain the flux data by measuring the dynamic pressure of the eyelet. Through many times adjustment to the eyelet, the flux of various jet pipe is ample and uniform. Subsequently, a experimentation is carried out to the A and B project ofⅡcooling system. This time, the way we obtain the flux data is measuring the time, that the air full of a air-bag, at the same time, some flow restrictors are used to adjust the flux at the entrance of the jet pipe. At last, this experimentation reach the required standard.
