In the learning process of Web-based Course, the learner is the major body of study, they mainly acquire information by interface of Web-based Course, The learner and interface to interact with each other to study. Meanwhile, multi-media technique has made enormous progress in the Interactive Interface Design, which makes Interactive Interface Design become more important day by day. We should separate to carry on an alone research of Interactive Interface Design from the design of Web-based Course. The excellent Interactive Interface attract learner and guide learner finish task. In additional, It can bring learner easily and successful felling, which make the learner concentrate energy on the exchanges of the learning process and the mutual.Unfortunately, users' requirements for the complexity of Interactive Interface are increased, but Web-based Course based on traditional Web Application cannot achieve it. To satisfy users' needs, a new Application Program based on Internet emerges-Flex. Flex combines the advant ages of Desk Application Program and Internet Application Program, which reacts quickly and spreads widely. The application of Flex technology can provide user with more interactivity and responsiveness. Such research will be significant.The research will use the method of the theory and the practice. First, collect and recognize the relevant materials by literature search, questionnaire research and netsurfing, to define concept of Interactive Interface Design Of Web-based Course and theory foundation. Second, Case Study Method: existing Flex projects at home and abroad, from the interactive interface analysis to carry out a comprehensive survey and found advantages and disadvantages. Based on this research, I make design principle and process with Flex item case. At last, Experimental Study of Flex Case: I use Flex develop mold piece of interactive interface, Through systematic testing, obtaining feedback, revised and improved.Finally, I think that Flex has original advantage in the aspects of designing interactive interfa ce design, Which changes the study felling, raise interest in the study of learner and strengthen to study participation degree.
