With medical testing equipment and digital image processing technology continues to evolve,medical image processing and three-D reconstruction made great progress.by computer image processing technology to achieve three-D reconstruction of various algorithms.Its role can use this non-invasive diagnostic method,three-D image reconstruction of a very good visual image of the spatial location of diseased tissue obtained and the relationship between the surrounding tissue,clinical application and use of great value.Because many factors,three-D reconstruction of minute cerebra one research subject who is still the hotspot and difficult.Firstly,with a large number of foreign literature,the incidence of cerebrovascular disease morbidity way to sum up the position and to study the small three-D images of brain arteries in the diagnosis and treatment of clinical significance.Then study the data based on small cerebral CT reconstruction methods and techniques of line.CT image data from the pre-departure,focusing on filtering denoising, image segmentation and edge detection are three important aspects, practical methods and techniques for analysis of the selection and optimization of three-dimensional reconstruction of the final study the theory and methods.The main content:(1)The main part of a pre-filter denoising,image segmentation and edge detection three important aspects.There are adaptive median filter algorithm optimized neural network (SOFM) algorithm for image segmentation and optimization,Gabor filter based edge detection algorithms and optimization.And experimental study with actual data.(2)Three-D reconstruction of small vascular theory and method.CT for clinical practice Vascular Medicine image data, filtering,image segmentation and edge detection based on the study, the small three-D reconstruction of cerebral vascular theoretical and experimental research.Experimental results show that this preand three-D medical image reconstructionmethod based on CT data can small cerebral vascular reconstruction.
