Research On Guidance Simulation Data Management Based On Data Warehouse

Management of simulation data is a significant job in the guidance simulation field. With data management and analysis system project for a particular guidance simulation system as the background, in-depth study on data management of guidance simulation and ETL(Extraction,Transformation,Loading) processes of data warehouse, are made in this paper.To solve the problem that the current way of data management cann't underpin guidance simulation work effectively,the thought that using data warehouse to manage data of guidance simulation system is put forward. And the system structure of guidance simulation data warehouse system is established. Based on detail analyses of data/resources of guidance simulation, two kinds of taxonomies for resources of guidance simulation system are put forward in this paper. With the guidance of previous taxonomies for resoures of guidance simulation system, underlaying simulation database and guidance simulation data warehouse are designed. Underlaying simulation database is realized using Oracle 10g database management system.In-depth study on conceptual design of ETL processes is made in this paper.A method based on ontology for conceptual design of ETL processes is put forward. The main idea of this method: firstly by using datastore graph to describe datastore schema, then annotating the semantic of datastore graph with ontology, finally reasoning mappings between data source and data warehouse and conceptual operations needed during ETL processes based on annotations.ETL method is in-depth discussed in this paper:Time-label method, fore-and-aft mapping comparing method,DELTA file method and log file method are analyzed in detail.The main problem that should be resolved during ETL processes - data conflicts,are classified and formally described,and resolvents of each kind of data conflict are put forward.Based on C# programming language and ADO.NET, a data management platform of guidance simulation system is designed and realized.Using this platform,users can upload,query,browse,download,delete simulation resources, and can do database backup,database restore,and user management. The simulation database and this platform are successfully applied in practice, and provide powerful support for guidance simulation work in some degree.
