With increasingly intense competition in market, mass date has been created in the business environment.A large amount of information existing in the mass date which likely to bring enormous business opportunities for the enterprise.Making good use of these date,translating the date into information have a better support for enterprises in the aspect of decision-making.For the telecommunications industry, Customer Relationship System have accumulated a large amount of date for the enterprises.However,in the face of increasingly fierce competition charges,how to identify customer requirement using the mass date to enhance customer satisfaction has become the new problem for every telecom operation.In the nature of things,date mining technology has become an effective tool for telecommunications industry to increase revenue and enhance customer satisfaction. .Application of date mining to telecommunications marketing system will no doubt provide a strong support for telecom operators in understanding customers,acquisition customer and maximization the profit.First,analysis of targeted marketing system,systematically studied and in depth analysis of targeted marketing system of China Telecom's three major functional modules,including date source modules,customer management and module management module,and detailed in unsupervised module of the model management.Second,put forward the concept of data mining system, thoroughly analysis of the function of the date mining system,put forward the supervised module,and detailed systematic analysis of some commonly date mining algorithm,including decision tree classification algorithm,clustering algorithm and association rules.Third,combined with the project of mining potential e home customers which is participated in the date mining group of training company,discusses the detailed design and implementation of the date mining subsystem,establish a e8 customer response model combined with the targeted marketing system of telecommunications company in Anhui Province to improve the success rate of marketing initiative.Finally,analysis the set of the rules which is establish by the system.Point out the main results of the research papers and the areas of improvement,and we also point out the direction of further study of date mining technology in the telecommunication industry and prospect the development of BI products in the telecommunications industry.
