With the development of embedded technology, embedded technology has merged into all walks of life. Embedded technology applied to the stereolithography control system provides a feasibility solution for obtaining a low-cost and high-performance stereolithography machine.This paper proposes that taking embedded ARM(Advanced RISC Machines) system place with the traditional PC system to control the projection stereolithography machine, mainly study the projection stereolithography control system based on embedded. on the based of building a good embedded development platform, finishing controlling the stepper motor and digital micromirror device, and the design of system control interface based on the QT in the embedded Linux system.During building a good embedded development platform, this paper chooses Samsung's S3C2410 chips as core processor, Linux 2.4.18 as embedded development system, and completes installing a variety of cross-compile tools, cutting and burning the embedded starting program's vivi and linux system's kernel, finally builds a high-efficiency and high-stability embedded development platform. Then according to the requirements of stereolithography system's stepper motor and digital micromirror controller, this paper through Framebuffer devices of linux systems finishes transferring bmp format pictures by the VGA interface, and successfully displays the pictures in the digital micromirror. At the same time, finish stepper motor drive module's design,compile and test in the embedded system,realize the effective control of surface movement. In additions, according to the requirements of control system this paper designs a beautiful,simple and good operational interface with QT/Embedded(QT) software.
