In this thesis, on the base of full study of Bluetooth wireless built-in test system architecture, propose the key technologies to realize the system and solutions for the key technologies, hardware and software analysis and implementation.Through Bluetooth wireless built-in test system architecture analysis, several key technologies need to be resolved to implement this system are extracted, namely, embedded Bluetooth technology, system integration technology based on Bluetooth technology, and miniaturize structure designation of built-in test equipments. There is a deeply analysis and study for all the three key technologies. In addition, for each of the key technologies this paper proposes one solution. In order to verify the study and analysis of key technologies and the responding solutions this paper proposed reasonable and feasible, this paper designs and completes a Bluetooth wireless built-in test demonstration system. The demonstration system consists of host computer and several built-in test equipments. The host computer consists of PC and Bluetooth adapter, and the built-in test equipments include 8-channel state detection equipment, 8-channel switch control equipment, 8-channel data acquisition equipment, RS422 communication equipment and 1553B bus data watch equipment.During the hardware design, host computer accomplished through Bluetooth adapter linking to PC by USB bus, which makes the accomplishment easy and flexible. All the built-in test equipments are developed with the programmable logic device FPGA as the core. This paper designs and accomplishes schematics and PCB of all built-in test equipments by using of Altium Designer development tool. Furthermore, it is also implemented that the logic in FPGA of all built-in test equipments by using of QuartusII in Verilog language.In the software development, application of the Bluetooth wireless built-in test demonstration system is developed on the Windows operation system platform by using MFC of Visual Studio 2008 development tool.Experimental results show that this paper resolves the key technologies successfully in the achievement of Bluetooth wireless built-in test system.
