| Information technology has been extensively employed into high-tech weapons system, making its operational effectiveness a qualitative leap. Radar is one of the most important sensors to obtain information on the battlefield situation. While the military information technology and network construction is becoming more perfect, distributed source and Grid-based transmission make radar information as to the military branches to share important intelligence information. Huge flow of radar information is just for the specific function of early-warning and navigation, but they always take a large amount of transmission capacity of the military communications networks. And, radar information often contains some clutter information which appears randomly. These clutter information also occupy the limited network resources. On the other hand, with the rapid development of information technology, the authenticity and classification management of radar information have been posed higher requirements in information-based battlefield. In order to enhance the security and improve the usage performance of radar information, the methods of information hiding in radar information are studied in this thesis. First, the information hiding technology is introduced summarily. The necessity, feasibility and limitation of information hiding in radar information are deeply discussed. Based on this, the notion of information hiding technology of radar signal is defined. Then, the framework of information hiding into radar signal is proposed. Then after the systematic classification of information hiding in radar information, most representative of the three kinds of methods of information hiding in radar information are designed:1) The method of information hiding in audio radar information which based on difference expansion;2) The method of information hiding in original radar information which based on encoding and coordinate transformation;3) The method of information hiding in radar clutter which based on encoding secret information as radar clutter. Last is analysis and comparison about of the advantage and disadvantage of three methods based on experiments. |
