The aerial working vehicle widely uses in aerial working domains, for example, electric power, street light, municipal administration, botanical garden, correspondence, airport, shipbuilding, transportation, advertisement, photography and so on.The controller is one of the most core parts for the aerial working vehicle. Domestically, the controller of the aerial working vehicle is almost monopolized by foreign products. These products were imported into china, with blockade on techniques. Even more these products were designed during mid-1990s which were eliminated or will be eliminated soon. It's seriously hampering the domestic to develop in the field of controller's technology and to develop in the field of aerial working vehicle's technology.It's far-reaching significance to design the controller with independent intellectual property rights by ourselves and without the over-reliance on foreign. It will not only fill the blank of top controller products in domestic, but also prevent technological blockade and monopoly by foreign countries in the field. To do that,it will not only can promote domestic technological progress,but also can make companies of domestic in a good position at market competition.In this paper, a intelligent control system of the aerial working vehicle was designed for some Engineering Vehicles Factory. The system used LPC2378 for the focus control chip to realize controling the vehicle organization action, monitored chassis active status and completed establishing and adjusting kinds of key parameters of the controller through the debugging software. This controller with high reliability, large operating range and high safety had realized controlling the work condition of the whole vehicle.The main research contents and results as follows:(1) Mainly introduced the domestic and foreign development situation of the controller in the aerial working vehicle at present, the background and the significance of the topic.(2) Mainly introduced the whole mechanism and the main safety device of SK16A.(3) Completed the overall design for the controller of the aerial working vehicle, including hardware circuit system, master-control unit and superior machine management software and so on.(4) CompletedμC/OS-Ⅱ's transplanting on controller, the controller BSP development, the controller drivers designing and the application programming and so on.(5) Completed the superior machine management software's designing and various modules function realization.(6) Completed the high low temperature humid-heat test of controller and carried on the scene control test on the SK16A vehicle.
