The financial media of Commercial operation is an important part of mainstream discourse power in the current financial media industry .In nearly 20 years of development history, these which have not relied on financial support ones experienced several times evolution for the chang of the time. During the many transformations, some media have been forgotten, some media but successful transformation in the first time but crashed in the second. In the current market, financial media which want to beckoning have to be continuously carried on the marketization of evolution test. This article is aim to find that the financial media for survival and development of core question way actually is media branding construction problems according to time up development and change of comb of finacial media. Based on the analysis of the current relatively successful case - the first financial media group, explore out optimal financial media branding construction of several ways that can help which are fighting for existing statement.
