| Currently, the third generation mobile communication technology is developing rapidly, the coexistence of multiple heterogeneous networks, the appearance of many valueâ€added services, for instance, voice, data, multimedia, eâ€commerce, positioning, and the future business will allow the user to customize according to their own favor, and a variety of type of mobile terminal accessing networks, which enable the migration of 3G networks become more complex. In allusion to this situation, 3GPP (The 3rd Generation Partnership Project) proposed the concept of virtual home environment VHE (Visual Home Environment) concept to solve service Transference and adaptation, then, it will allow users to enjoy the same consistent service when they replace the mobile terminal or across the network.In recent years, the service transference and adaptation based on the VHE has been the research focus and emphasis. Many international standards organizations and institutions studied and proposed a number of feasible technology and strategy, such as CAMEL, MExE, SAT and so on. However, these technology and strategy can not completely satisfy service development needs, and it only achieve some of the VHE function in some certain extent. And, for the transference and adaptation problems of 3G services, there is not a specific and feasible solution. In this paper, we study in allusion to the problem of transference and adaptation for the 3G services, and present a concrete implementation strategy, there are two main aspects of work in this paper, as follows:1. For the service transference issues, there are many strategy based on mobile agent technology, Sort by transference time, there are two sorts, one is the home network transfers user services when the user come to visited network, and prepare for home network service initiated by user. The other is visited network only transfers the user identification data when the user come to here, the service data is transferred when the user initiate service. The two strategies have their own different merit in the different situations, but they can not well adapt every condition, there exist problem of long response time. On the basis of this,in this paper,we study a strategy which sort of services by whether there are frequentlyâ€used or not, and transfer services according to their applicability. We study how sort services, how transfer services according to their applicability .Then it can reduce the service response time.2. On the basis of well transference, in this paper, we study how adapt service in allusion to condition that many services compete for the same network resources. The adaptation include the adaptation in network layer and application layer, we propose a adaptation algorithm basing on control theory, it make control theory applied to service adaptation, and create a service adaptation model, then we can adapt service through perception the changes of network resource availability.Finally, through the simulation experiment of transference and adaptation, the results show that the availability transference strategy can effectively reduce the response time of service, the service adaptation strategy can well solve adaptation problems. |
