Reseach And Design Of Embedded System Based On SOPC Technology

In order to enhancing tax source monitoring and to plugging tax loopholes, some departments such as State Administration of Taxation issued official document April 2004, deciding to introduce fiscal cash register to appropriate industry. However, it will change the information management system of some enterprise especially that has local area networks when replace common cash register with fiscal cash register. In order to reducing the impact on original system and to saving the cost of fiscal reforming, a solution of substituting network tax controller and common cash register for fiscal cash register is proposed in draft of GB18240.7 which drafted by our research group.The author of this paper has researched tax-related standards and business workflow of automation management system with tax control, analyzed and designed the workflow of network tax controller, then proposed and implemented a set of solution for network tax controller.After studying how to design a hardware platform using Altera's SOPC technology, the author has designed hardware platform for Network Tax Controller on Altera's FPGA chip. The Network Tax Controller useμClinux as its embedded operating system. The methods to portingμClinux to NiosⅡplatform and to writing device driver underμClinux are studied in this paper. Finally, the application of network tax controller is designed and implemented according to its workflow.The NiosⅡ+μClinux solution make it easier and faster to design a product, and also make the product easier to be upgraded and maintained. After testing, it is proved that the Network Tax Controller can meet all requirements of tax-related standards, achieving the purpose of controling tax from fiscal sources.The Network Tax Controller presented this paper can be used for reforming Information Management System of enterprise, and it's meaningful for building our country's tax administration system.
