The emergence of the time-factor makes the parallel workflow more complex. However,all along, people consider little about parallel workflow with time. Petri net is provided with a easy to understand graphical representation and a strict mathematical basis,So it is widespread concerned in workflow to solve this problem. For this purpose, the subject which is based on time Petri nets and fuzzy Petri nets, propose a solving model to parallel problem that is based on fuzzy time Petri nets (FTPN).Firstly, based on some formal definitions and basic properties of Petri net, WF-net (Workflow Net), time Petri nets and fuzzy Petri nets, FTPN are in-depth research. A hierarchical concurrent model based on fuzzy-timing Petri net is proposed. To analyze complicated structure with layered approach, this model turns a complex concurrent network structure into order structure, which simplifies the entire workflow. Proof of the feasibility and correctness of the model is given and verified by an example.Secondly, in the point of view of JBPM, parallel timing workflow is analyzed deeply and a realzied arithmetic is provided in the reseach In this paper, JBPM process scheduling mechanism and principle are proposed in the dynamic parallel workflow. A example is raised to shows the Separation technique and polymerization technique. Through the open source development tools, development of the case is provided to verify the feasible quality of the FTPN model.Last, The workflow model based on fuzzy time Petri net (FTPN) is verified. Through the compareing of traditional approach and layered approach in the experiment result. The purpose is to verify the feasible quality and correct quality of the FTPN model, and in the use ratio of the resource,this model is more useful than the tradition mathod.
