With the development of information technology and the popularity of digital products,portable U disk have become essential to everyone's storage devices. However, U disk ordinary storage function has gradually unable to meet growing customer demand. For the confidentiality of critical data, encrypt U-disk has appeared in the market. For the recovery of damaged operating systems, there can be self-starting of the WinPE operating system in the disk. How can the needs of these two different functions integrated into a U disk. A Mass Production Technology of Encrypt U-Disk boot on WinPE came into being.This paper studies the major encryption algorithms,including symmetric encryption, asymmetric encryption and digital signature technology, and analyzes the major technical elements of the boot disk.For the lack of mainstream 8-bit processor-based encrypt disk products (8 bit processors can be easily broken and can not process complex encryption algorithms), high-speed, high security encrypt U disk based on SCCII+ security chip has been designed and produced.At the same time, the entire production of encrypt disk development framework has been proposed. In this framework, the development architecture design of encrypt U disk based on firmware side and software architecture design and implementation of client-based production of U-disk boot on WinPE have been further studiedThis work was innovative in the following five aspects: 1. Research and implementation of specific SCSI private command of encrypt disk extends the standard UFI command more than a way to interact with the U disk. 2. Research and implementation of encypt U-disk based on SCCII+ module SCB2 operations of encrypt and decrypt, to a large extent, solve lack of easy crack of the encrypt U-disk product based on 8-bit processor. 3. Research and implementation of U-disk real-time detection technology improve sensitivity of the production tools detecting the U-disk into system. 4. Research and implementation of using multi-threading technology in mass production of more than U disk, greatly improve limitation of production tools available in the market only once mass production of a U disk. 5. Research and implementation of FAT table formatted file being written at the same time production of U disk,innovative increase of WinPE-boot features on the basis of encrypt U-disk fully comply with the trend of diversification U disk function .
