Research And Realization Of LDP Based On IPv6 Network

As the Internet has introduced more and more new aPPlications,the network communication 15no longer includes only simPle text message but also some audios,videos,images,and some othermultimedia information,which requires more on real一time transmission and the quality of service.However,IPv4 network 15 not able to meet the need from multimedia aPPlication which has toProvide high real一time and low一delayed multimedia business.Ipv4 will finally be rePlaced by a new network Protocol named Ipv6.Ipv6 can solve most ofthe Problems that IPv4 faced.However,the normal transmission of Packets in护v6 network 15 stillunconnect一oriented.And such unconnect一oriented services are still unable to meet the need frommultimedia service with low time delay and high reliability.MPLS(Multi一Protocol LabelSwitching),as a 2.5一layer Protocol,uses local label to forward Packets.It 15 Proved to beasuccessfully Protocol to Provide connect一oriented services in IPv4 network.Therefore,it 15 a good solution to run MPLS technology in IPv6 network.But there are a fewcomPanies involving into护v6一MPLS一based technology research,and most comPanies only suPPortstatic LSP(Label Switched Path)configuration,rather than dynamic LSP configuration Protocol.This PaPer first analyzes the feasibility and design ideas about MPLS in IPv6 network,andintroduces the PrinciPal of MPLS technology and the Process of MPLS Packet forwarding in护v6network.It also introduces the technical standards and PrinciPles ofLDP in detail,then designs theLDPv6 sPecially used in IPv6 network.Then,this PaPer analyzes the PrinciPal ofLDPv6 in the asPects ofconcePt,interactionbetweentwo LSRs,Peer discovery,foundation and maintenance of session,distribution and Preservation oflabel and looP detection.And it also designs the Packet format,TLV and message tyPe ofLDPv6.Later,this PaPer designs the software Process of LDPv6 Protocol,and divides the entiresoftware framework into some small modules which are indePendent of each other.It also designsthe timer module,transceiver module,PDU module and discovery module.Then it actualizes themon Comware vs which 15 a system Platform.In the final,we design the command line in the view of user and test the designs on theMSR一Routers.The results Prove ofthe correction ofLDPv6 that we designed.
