The developed in this thesis is used to the digital converter, the command converter, measuring the production of large-scale integrated controller stand-alone applications. On the one hand, this test equipment provide analog, digital, instruction and other signal,and receive the compiled data of certain test equipment, to judge the working and running's status of the telemetry equipment. on the other hand, It can execute Acquisition, analysis and storage to those signals which are Transformed by Sensors after matching device, and provide the basis for the tested equipment's performance evaluation, this test equipment use LVDS as the ring bus, Modular card as its structure.In this thesis, the system's acquisition module and storage module will be made a detailed analysis.After the analysis to the requirements given by task, this thesis presents the design program to multi-channel data acquisition and storage module, and proposed that the method which is the key technologies to restrain channel-crosstalk must be solved in multi-channel data acquisition circuit, it designed the input impedance matching circuit, signal conditioning circuit, channel switching circuit, analog-digital conversion circuit, logic timing circuit, data storage circuit and LVDS interface circuit and achieve high-speed 32-channel analog signal's acquisition without crosstalk. this design uses FPGA as the center hardware of the logic control unit to reduce the external circuit formed by the separation device, it can also effectively improve system's security, reliability and scalability. this test equipment uses card-type configuration structure. It has characteristic of quick set up, easy maintenance, hardware reuse and high reliability.The thesis makes a detailed analysis to theoretical basis and methods which are used to reduce channel crosstalk and signal reflection. It also analyzes some key factors which affect system error, and also propose some measures of reducing error.
