The traditional detection system of X-ray is a follow-up of image processing, it brings the acquisition of image back on a PC using software to process in enhancement,noise reduction and so on. This method cannot achieve requirements of real-time. Along with the further development of the Detection technology, for example, Aiming at a spinning workpiece, to obtain omni-directional image by a camera, in order to achieve real-time comprehensive display and detection, the traditional method hardly can satisfy the requirements, but in recent years developing of DSP can well meet the real-time requirements.Considering the development, some environment may require remote on-line inspection, the subject also plans to study the latest coding standard H.264, through the combination of DSP and coding technology, expect to achieve the anticipated requirement.Firstly, introducing TMS320DM643 media processing chip, X-ray image intensifier and H.264 standard features, they are know as research preparation basic knowledge. Studying and demonstrating a system that can achieve X-ray image real-time processing and decoding. Then analyzing X-ray real-time imaging,the advantages and disadvantages, introducing the basic application technology. Based on this foundation to conduct research of image processing, it is important to take DSP as hardware processors, CCS as development environment of DSP multifunctional, and make use of H.264 decoding program in DSP and optimizing the transplant image real-time processing, improving image quality.This paper focuses on two problems as follows:1. Application technology research on X-ray real-time imaging, analying the system principle, structure, imaging characteristics and application, given the expressway and flexible software processing power of DSP, and applied to the X-ray imaging.2. On the basis of the high-resolution camera to conducted image processing software development. based on the existing regular classical image processing algorithm,then finding the suitable algorithms for the software system of image processing. For H.264 decoding algorithm of a real-time image, by studying the open source encoder, to realize the optimization of the algorithm.MD643 have powerful periphery connection, it can connect conveniently with PC, conveniently test person can detect and save real-time image, and develop groundwork.
