Applied Research On Meeting Product System Based On Interaction Design

In recent years, interaction design began to flourish in product area. It is produced in the product system as a new subject, the core is the interaction between user and products. It is the the important bridge between product and users. It incorporates industrial design, applied psychology, computer science, software engineering, information processing learn, visual graphic design, anthropology, social sciences etc. Various disciplines, enriched the entire product system field of study.The present session office products prevalent some "cognitive friction" problem, largely due to the function of the blind accumulation, operating let users mind fear, thereby affecting the product use and experience impression. At this time, interactive design just can help build meeting user and the bridge between products. On the one hand, improve meeting middleman between machine and not too friendly interactions, give users to create new interactive experience. On the other hand, redesigned let meeting more efficient, convenient, comfortable interactive conference products, create new conference pattern.This paper first analyzes the interaction design comprehensive definition, summarizes the methods and steps of interaction design, discussed the application of interactive technology trends, reveals the interaction design the important significance in product development. Secondly, summarized the commonly used method of user research of interaction design, and from multiple level carrying on the classification description. Meanwhile, the user study applied to the practice of user groups, analyzes the characteristics and conference meeting product's function structure and meeting user task model and psychological model, established the meeting user model. Finally, the user research conclusion as basis, fusion interaction design procedure and method of the product design, form "concept design-interactive framework-visual design frame-industrial design frame-identify solution" design flow and bring new design idea for product design.Design practice achievement "iTable intelligent interactive conference system" to prove the interaction design in meeting the application work product advantage. Interaction design through researching user behavior, improve the product ease-of-use, reduce between the user and the product "cognitive friction", to a great extent, promoted users for high technology products interest and confidence.
