With the continuous development and popularization of Internet technology, consumer begins to access enterprise and its product information online. In such an environment, the enterprises need to use the Internet to product promotion, marketing, build up brand and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.At present in China, the medium and small manufacturing enterprise management mode is relatively backward, business information, financial, logistics and enterprise external is disjointed, in order to change this situation, some companies use the sales management system, but only limited to the internal management and control. In this case, the enterprise can not meet current economy, market changes, unable to make a rapid change in the marketplace of response. Therefore, enterprises should update the marketing concept, should take the customer as the center, based on the internet for information technology, enterprise integration of internal and external resources, which allows enterprises to efficiently manage customer relationships at simultaneously sales management, win the enterprise long-term competitiveness.In this paper, based on the sales management of Harbin Automobile Factory, analyzes the status quo of sales management system, the function demand of UML modeling technology use modeling and analyzing system. In the modeling process, through the system use cases and actors, the establishment of a use case model, class diagram built using the static model of the system, and the use of timing diagrams and activity diagrams to establish a system dynamic model. In functional analysis and system static and dynamic model, based on a systematic design of the database and the frame structure. Finally, using the visual basic of the system was achieved. Then will the decomposition of the three time series forecasting model, and to establish a kind of combined sales forecast model for combined sales forecast. Finally, the paper uses visual basic on the system implementation.The operation of this system is stable, and the effect is good, reducing the workload of relevant departments, strengthens management between new and old customer and provides a perfect inquires the analysis and prediction function, so managers can prompt quick analysis of the marketing conditions of production and operation, thus making fast effective reflection, improving the enterprises to customer demand capability.
