In order to secure a sustainable operation of all services, we have to implement a safe and suitable network system.Answering the requirements from government and senior managers in the bank, we try to develop this system based on the current network system, with a high efficiency by learning experience from other successful organizations.This essay mainly makes a discussion about how to achieve channel backup, and finally to reach an effective transformation of the current network system towards a high-level safety.
