Design And Research Platform In Prediction And Early Warning Of Social Problems In Rural China Based .Net

With the increasing of China's economic development, particularly especially in the industry has made great achievements, however, the speed and scale of agricultural development is relatively slow. Faming-farmer-countryside problem is about to become more prominent. There should be a quantifiable and objective criteria which is helpful to analyze and estimate current problems in the rural community and social operation situation among governments, organizations and individuals who will make assessment and crisis prevention. Based on above reasons, author research and design of social problems in rural China forecast and early warning platform. The platform which is designed from system aspects to study Chinese rural problems and dedicated to make effective early warning and accurate prediction, guides the establishment of public policy and provides effective scientific evaluation standards. It integrates theory with practice, more importantly, the platform can not only enrich and develop theories of forecasting, but also contribute to improving social early warning system.This paper combines with the current research status of social prediction and early-warning at home and abroad, proposes an application platform based on.NET to realize visualization,automation,network of prediction and early-warning in rural society after deeply study and research on warning index system. Although rural information is non-materialized, we introduce the idea of social measurement when we design the platform. From establishment of the index system, we could carry out the research easily. Meanwhile, platform integrates a number of methods modules (such as gray, regression, genetic algorithms, etc) to analyze the data, it will break the bottleneck of dealing with the data when traditional method faced.Platform design is based on.Net framework, it includes nine functional modules. The author undertakes the task of system architecture, according to the actual demand and the realistic technical situation, he decides to design a three-level software structure which based on B/S structure. Platform will integrate multi-disciplinary knowledge with advanced technology tools and science professional methods to optimize various rural social information for ensuring the safety and robustness of the platform. The results of Prediction and Early Warning will exhibit by popular 3D engine Open Arena with high quality, while taking advantage of third party graphics control Fusion Charts Free which makes you feel intuitive and simple effects from different rural policy.The paper constitutes by five chapters of contents, first chapter mainly introduced the platform's social and technical background, then basically stated domestic and foreign present situations of this project from social forecasting warning theory to application,and pointed out the innovations and significance of paper. The second chapter briefly introduced.Net Framework, including its concept, technology structure and its superiority. The third chapter is a study summary to prediction and early Warning, including its theoretical basis and principle. Then author will tell us how to set up the platform step by step. Forth chapter is the core of this article, introduced author's idea about design and realization platform. The last chapter pointed out what author do in this paper, also explain deficiency as well as the next improvement direction.
