The Research Of Searchable Encryption

With the rapid development of the Internet technology in recent years, informationization has become a trend of global development. Considering the existing Internet security problems, in order to protect the private confidential data, more and more companies and individual users prefer to retrieve the information based on some conditions from the encrypted data which they have stored on an unreliable server. This has promoted a wide application of the technology---searchable encryption and accordingly made it become a hot topic in the academic area over the last few years.This paper focuses on Public key Encryption with Keyword Search. This paper proposes a new Public key Encryption with Keyword Search (PEKS) scheme which is able to resist the possible keyword guessing attacks arising from the original version of PEKS put forward by Hyun Sook Rhee, and a multi-user hidden search scheme with a promising application future in various areas such as e-mail system and audit logs.In the end, this paper uses the Android platform to implements an encryption mail system based on the schemes proposed by this paper. Not only its security is proved to be the same as existing PEKS schemes, but also demonstrated the practicality of the schemes.
