TD-LTE is mainly based on China's industry, and absorbs the international advanced standard TD-SCDMA's long term evolutionary techology. As the most important part in system networks, interference controling technology will make important effect on the TD-LTE network building. This paper advises two interference coordinating ways which maily base on time-frequency planning scheme, aims to control the system's interference to minimum, and improve the system's throughtput. In order to improve the networks'throughtput and coverage, mobile communication system often use the cell ways to construct the whole network.By building several base station and limiting each base station to a certain area,we will get many cells which use the frequencies repeatly, then increase the frequency's using rate, and will achieve enough capacity uder the finite frequency spectrum resources.Meanwhile, using frequency division duplex mode to control the interference among the cells, we can control the interference very well.In our research, the basic thought is that firstly we find a way of planning the resource block's priority orders, secondly assign the resource blocks to the users according to some schedule rules, and reach the goal of controlling interference. In this paper, the research method is monte carlo's system level simulating method, and compare some resource schedule plans. These are the plan basing total interference, the plan basing link gains ans the plan which use resource block randomly. The simulation's result show that the methods based on time-frequency planning scheme control the interference very well, and give the conclution and advice in the end.
