With the development of urbanization, the needs for navigation are increasing gradually. Therefore, location-based services (LBS) are undergoing rapid growth. As an important part of LBS, the study of wireless location services has attracted the researchers'attention. Commercial competition and market demand is the two major factors that promote the development of wireless location services. In the next few years, as the development of 3G, the scale of wireless location services market will grow continuously. The integrated navigation and positioning system based on AGPS is an integrated information service system which can provide real-time positioning, location management and query services. The AGPS positioning technology, which combines AGPS positioning technology and wireless location technologies, can achieve fast and accurate positioning for terminal. The integrated system is composed of server and location terminals. The server is responsible for the control of the terminal, and according to the collection of data pushed by the terminal, using various algorithms finally calculates the location information and track information of the terminal; the terminal is responsible for the collection of satellite data according to the directive of the server. All the subscribers of the business of the system can be able to find the location of their terminal via SMS or web. This topic relies on a lab Cross-cutting project called "Hybrid Vehicle Navigation System". It mainly focuses on research of the system software including software architecture design, part of the code implementation, location data analysis, data processing, navigation algorithms and so on. In this thesis, we first introduce the project background, the related technology, the system architecture and product design features respectively. Afterwards, we make a detailed description of the software design of the position server and the web server, module division, the service logic process design. On this basis, we promote a new spectrum sensing method based on Multitaper-Singular Value Decomposition (MTM-SVD) which combines positioning technology and cognitive radio technologies to improve the existing method of calculating the interference temperature. Finally, we give a summary to all contents of this thesis and the related future work for this project is also prospected.
