The alkali production process through ion membrane electrolysis is one of electrolysis process. In comparison with traditional process, the advantages of less investment, higher concentration and purification production, less energy consumption, environment harmony, less production cost, higher automatic grade. the production is generally under DCS control, so the design of DCS control system is very important.The dissertation is on the background of distributed control system's design of Vietnam Viettri ten thousand ion membrane alkali facility items. On the basis of detailed ion membrane electrolysis process discussion, and according to the process required control program, we adopt Zheda Zhongkong JX-300XP system, AdvanTrol-Pro series SCKey software and supervision software to design the DCS of Vietnam Viettri ion membrane facility, and adopt the OPC technology that the JX-300XP system supported to collect the data of the DCS.The data was saved to database, DATA MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM was designed and accomplished.The-main content of this thesis contains as follow:1. Specify system configurations and adopt the SCKEY software accomplished the sequence control of Secondary refining brine process. 2. Accomplished DATA MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM of ion membrane electrolysis Process. By way of data access of the OPC interface, collect Real Time Data, and save them to the database. The management system has functions of compute the average of data, auto-control rate analysis, etc.The whole installations started at Vietnam Viettri site in Sep.28th, 2009, and obtain once commissioning success. Though running, it is very stable, obtaining expected effectiveness.
