The aviation industrial development under modern science and technology proposed more tremendous requirement in the aeroengine's development and design. In the aeroengine design, the problem of shallow research insufficient technical reservation must be solved. In virtue of the development of the computer technology and the database technology, the computer-aided design (CAD), the computer assistance manufacture (CAM) and the computer subsidiary test (CAT) are applied into the design of the aeroengine gradually. Finally, the aeroengine design system can improve the modern aeroengine design.The project system is a national foundation scientific research item. Its design goal is to realize the application of database technology in the design field of gas turbine to make technical breakthrough, sequentially, offer technical support for the whole aeroengine design and make the test data obtained from major projects by the aid of distributed database and modern computer network communication technology. This paper studied the data's consistency and integrity and brought forward the material and feasible resolution.To complete the design demand of the database, the distributed database structure is adopted to establish the project database system. The paper focused on data consistency and integrity will possibly be destroyed in the process of the database operation are analyzed concretely. This system selected the Oracle system as the basic platform of the whole project database system, whose the block mechanism is used to realize the concurrent control for the database operation; The thread function of JAVA language is utilized to extensively support concurrent language control. Vast data, shortcut and nicety are required when the system refers to the data management and project analyses, the concurrent control can efficiently improve the data access more quickly and accurately.With the aid of the new database system, the result information can be drew accurately and quickly by the concurrent control technology, which has avoided the situation that would possibly appeared in the process of project analysis, such as the data's dirty problem, increased the utility efficiency in information query.
