Research On Cloud Based Telecom Operation Analysis System

With the opening up and development of the telecommunications market, the telecom industry presents a huge customer base whose needs have a large difference, and the business is complex. How to manage the market and customers, and how to provide proper service to certain customers is an important issue in telecommunications companies.On the other hand, the amount and types of data stored in datawarehouse, which is the data center of telecom enterprise is increasing rapidly. Companies need to efficiently collect information from massive data in datawarehouse systems to support business decisions. And there is problem of scalability in traditional solutions.Under this circumstances, this paper aims to find an effective and low-cost solution for telecommunications management analysis, proposed an operation analysis processure base on cloud platform, and proposed a prototype system based on this process. The main work includes:1. Proposed a cloud-based telecom business analysis process that includes ETL, Ad-hoc queries, data mining, and visulazation, etc.2. Surveyed some cloud storage systems aiming to provide storage sevice for telecom analysis applications;3. Discussed in depth the key technology in parallel Ad-hoc query processing, including the basic method, metadata processing, and parallel components;4. Implemented some data mining algorithms on cloud platform;5. Based on a real project, implemented a system prototype. The prototype system can well reflect the work above.
