With the construction of the smart grid, the monitoring of power equipment has developed, from the way of rely on human inspection at first gradually to professional platform for monitoring and evaluation nowadays. But with the advent of the era of power big data, the traditional software system encounter difficult. It contains:large amount of data, various types of information, Analysis and calculation complex, Low degree of resource integration, etc. Cloud computing, as a new computing model, is virtual, big, reliable and scalable. It gives power system hope. Based on this thinking, this article put forward the massive power data analysis system based on cloud computing. It intends to take analysis of power data as an example, effectively realizing the combination of cloud computing technology and the traditional power platform.After studied the relevant technology, according to the practical need of data analysis for power system, this paper designed and developed massive power data analyzing system. This system is composed of system management and data processing. System management includes user login, user management, system plate management and equipment information monitoring. And data processing includes data import, data preprocessing, data query and data analysis. It not only perfect completed the process from import to data handle, and finally export; but also implements the effective management of users, system and server. By testing, the system function fully meets the requirements. And the efficiency of data handling is higher than traditional platform.The system is based on J2EE architecture, combining with related data mining and statistical analysis algorithm, using HBase database for effective reading and writing data, using HDFS for distributed manage files, using MapReduce for rapidly computing jobs. Finally it achieved data preprocessing, data statistics of battery performance, consistency analysis, etc. The characteristics of massive power data analyzing system based on cloud computing includes high reliability, good expansibility, strong computing power, fast data access speed, low deployment costs, etc.This article topic comes from the actual project of practice unit. The author participated in development work for all modules. Although still needs further improvement, the scheme has successfully overcame a lot of difficulties in the field of traditional data analysis by using cloud computing technology. It is an effective attempt, and provides a new train of thought for the development of the future software platform.
