The market-based dynamic spectrum allocation technologie in cognitive radios is an effective way to improve spectrum efficiency, and now is made to be one of the research focuses. This paper comes from the National Natural Science Foundation and other topics, has important theoretical and practical significance.In this paper, based on the resource auction allocation model, we use the spectrum allocation mechanism, which comes from the principles of microeconomics, to solve the problem of spectrum allocation in cognitive radios networks. We established cognitive radio channel auction model, according to the global spectrum allocation strategy and the constrains in the cognitive radio networks,analyed the specificity of the optimal algorithm, and pointed out the problem and the non-applicablity in the cognitive radio channel allocation of the KM algorithm and the Centre algorithm, which is usually the best choice in the similar situations. In this paper, we analogy the online algorithm which is feasible to solve the greedy algorithm problem in graph theory, and with the Google PPC Ranking algorithm we proposed a new algorithm for the cognitive radio channel allocation and make a simulation with it. The simulation result show that the effectiveness of the new algorithm, and taking into account the different variables of the channel to the impact of the auction results.The results of this paper is an useful exploratory study to solve the cognitive radio channel allocation problem based on market issues.It has a high reference value.
