With the rapid development of wireless communication technology,various terminal devices are widely used,and spectrum resources are getting more and more scarce.Due to the defect of the static spectrum allocation mode,the spectrum utilization rate is very low.This thesis aims at cognitive radio spectrum auction and power allocation.Firstly,an improved bilateral bidding spectrum auction model was designed for cognitive radio,and a redemption mechanism was developed based on this model.Finally,a power distribution method based on energy harvesting is designed with the comprehensive evaluation value of the cognitive user system as the optimization goal.The innovation of this paper is mainly reflected in the following two aspects:(1)An improved bilateral bidding spectrum auction model for cognitive radio is designed.it uses a satisfaction function to measure the satisfaction of cognitive users with the ideal communication capacity.On the basis of the model,the redemption rate function is designed,and the redemption mechanism is formulated using this function.The simulation studies show that the improved bilateral bidding auction model for cognitive radio designed in this thesis can solve the dilemma of "the highest bidder" in the auction theory,ensuring that every user in the system will quote according to his own valuation in the first stage and make up for the shortcomings of the unilateral auction model;The redemption mechanism designed in this thesis can maintain the rights of the main user to the spectrum.The redemption rate function can mobilize the market enthusiasm by adjusting the zero point of the redemption rate,which extends the trading timeline and activates the spectrum trading market in the second stage.(2)Taking the comprehensive evaluation value of the cognitive user system as the optimization goal,a power allocation method of cognitive radio based on energy harvesting is designed.This method uses the entropy weight decision method to determine the weight of the ideal communication capacity and energy loss index of the cognitive user system,and uses the simulated annealing algorithm to solve the joint multi-objective optimization problem of power and time.The simulation studies show that in the process of obtaining the extreme value,the power distribution of the cognitive user is more uniform,and the comprehensive evaluation value of the cognitive user system is increased when the energy of the cognitive user is sufficient.
