Along with the development of society and thus high-rise building emerging, handling the pilot pollution issues in high-rise buildings is the focus in CDMA network optimization. Currently the investigation of indoor pilot pollution mostly depends on analyzing the uneasily obtained information from customer complaints, Call Detail Record (CDR) of whole network and Call Quality Test (CQT) in all the buildings, which appears random, blind and seems lack of objective evaluation and overall estimation. Relying on engineers'work experience, their optimization solutions are lack of objective and quantitative analysis. In order to solve the above problems, this paper proposes an intelligent method of verification on pilot pollution, which can adapt the complicated and diversified network environment in high-rise buildings covered by Outdoor Base Station (OBS), make the accurate and effective evaluation, and give the corresponding optimize suggestion.By the use of Operation Maintenance Center (OMC) and location (LOC) data to make qualitative analysis on the relationship of pilot strength, distance and angle between target area and OBS, the method can quickly predict pilot pollution severity in high-rise buildings and provides proposal on the priority to investigate buildings and pilots. After taking actual indoor test, it could make an optimization scheme of OBS configuration parameters, whose effect could be evaluated. Accordingly, it is convenient and effective on verification and optimization of pilot pollution in high-rise buildings.The method has been verified by the practical application that its efficiency and accuracy. It's able to identify pilot pollution area which is difficult detected for the traditional methods promptly, put forward proposals to deal with CQT, and thus avoid wasting resources as the traditional methods.
