Since the 90th years, client/server(C/S) computing model is becoming mainstream technology. However, research and practice show that two-tier C/S structure has many defects. It further break down the functions of the terminal, proposed three-tier C/S structure, the client as a presentation layer, to achieve human-computer interaction interface; the application layer to implement complex business logic; unified data layer for data processing. Function is clearly defined layers, interface specification, expansion and maintenance of the system focused on the application layer. However, in the telecom value-added services (SP, Service Provider) field, many based on three-tier C/S Mode of distributed applications, such as subscription management system, not in accordance with the common interface specification, such as DCOM, CORBA built. In the core business logic does not change the circumstances, the expansion of service model, provide new products, for security and stability considerations, requiring the original application layer can not be changed; therefore only the new application development for the independent a system, resulting in duplication of development and difficult to maintain. In this demand, the use of middleware technology, in the presentation layer and application layer proxy between the increase of the middle layer, the expansion of the original application layer, a flexible form of the message of the request for authentication, flow control, format standardization, and then submitted to the original with application layer processing, so as to preserve the original application layer, is a good choice. This paper will combine the SP subscription information management system builds on the practical application of accepted platform, given the expanded application of a middleware layer with the method. In this paper, the specific design and order management platform R & D projects based on knowledge in the background briefly introduced the concept of value-added telecom services, and the current value-added services of major operators ordering process, and introduces the key technologies involved in the text between pieces. Then describes the subscription-based management platform needs analysis, describes the use case analysis of critical systems, combined with the use case focuses on order management platform functional requirements and other needs. The results of the Order according to demand management platform designed and implemented the module, the first order management platform of the system environment and the main function module, and then describe the implementation of message-oriented middleware, and then introduces the system structure and module logic detailed design, and finally introduces the subscription management platform in the design of the key issues and proposed solutions. Finally, order management platform describes the testing and practical application, and order management platform for further improvements are put forward. Project results show that the value-added business platform gives order management platform design and implementation of programs to meet the unified management of multi-product order requirements, follow-up to industrial product design can be used as a reference.
