Evaluation system of VIP customers value management is a project requied by department of VIP of China Unicom Group. Aim to evaluate the value of advanced theory, means the application of leading-edge technology to develop a more comprehensive, can be convenient, accurate and provide greater customer value indicators, customer management platform for VIP customers of the day-to-day work of departments of science frame of reference.As China's telecommunications market has became more complex and intense, the major telecom operators are facing a new, more intense, a full range of international and domestic market competition environment. Simple to network resources as the core competitiveness is no longer adapt to the changing times. The competition between operators is competition from the network services to the differences in changes in competition, telecom operators'focus of attention has diverted to high-end high-value customers. Customers, especially high-value customers in all the fight has become the operator of the main objectives of the competition. Customer value is increasingly attracted the attention telecom operators, value analysis of customers, understanding customer behavior and consumer characteristics, to further enhance customer value is the telecom carriers focus on issues that need to be addressed. When the major carriers to customers the value of the constant deepening of the research topic, the operator of customer value and use of the software evaluation system needs to surface again so that the operator assess the customer value to solve the fundamental problem, it is also trying to build and explorate customer the value of information system.In this paper, according to a leading theory of great customer value, the value of the advanced model of evaluation system, a detailed analysis of a VIP customer value analysis and evaluation system design process. First of all, a great customer value statements evaluation principles and methods introduced to establish the detailed evaluation process, but also the realization of the objectives of the project, the use of functional groups on the system analyzed. Based on the value of customers and the evaluation of major business processes, functional requirements of the system, and the role of the demand for staffs, it makes the analysision of details. Finally, based on requirements for the system, statements of the large database of customer value evaluation system design, given the specific features of the database structure, database lists more than one form, to major clients, the value of the database design evaluation system for a detailed exposition.This paper applies the object-oriented analysis of VIP customer value rating systems, the process of a more detailed analysis and description, try a more complete analysis of the entire project and the design process unfolded.
