The deepening of education system reform entails the modernization and informatization of education management. The upsizing of schools and increasing enrollment make curriculum and teaching management more and more complicated. This requires all schools and institutes to set up an open, safe, efficient and real-time network-connected management platform which the managerial staff, teachers and students can access to at any time and operate on within certain limits.According to the real needs of the institute, the platform incorporates functions ranging from school roll management, student registration, curriculum management, curricula-variable system, entering and inquiring scores, teaching evaluation to administration management. It supports wide area network-connected office work, and largely reduces manual work for teaching and student management. Different function modules are designed and open to different subscribers through user management system. All levels of administrators are enpowered accordingly to access to data to ensure the safety of information. Meanwhile, Students'Affairs Office, Academic Administration Office, Accounting Department, HR Department and so on can share information to work with higher efficiency. The system works well after the trial run.To deal with such problems as long time of practice teaching, insufficient teaching material and difficulties in course arrangement during curriculum design, this thesis focuses on how to rearrange the academic administration procedures of vocational schools based on SOA technique in order to establish effective information resource integration system. The system will help to reallocate resources to promote the cooperation and interaction of different departments so that they will share administration resources and information to the largest possible extent. In this way, financial resources can be saved and the over-all work efficiency can be improved to meet the ever-changing requirments. SOA technique allows alterations to the course scheduling by the system, which means staff can make some adjustments after the initial timetables have been worked out by the system. It largely improves the work efficiency of the academic administrators.This paper analyses the requirements of the system, introduces the module design of the system, and at the same time, has a brief analysis of the evaluation criteria of the teachers and assessment standards of teaching. Finally, it tests the system based on Web. The functions realized in the paper include subscriber management, class management, students manangement, curriculum management, scores management, administrative management and so on, while the evaluation of teachers and assessment standards of teaching should be further improved.
